- Handle inbound queries pertaining the quires / issues.
- Remotely resolving the issues.
- Build sustainable relationship with the clients and solve their issues with minimum TAT to retain.
- Handling customer quires and retain the customers to continue with the product.
- Handle L1 troubleshooting, diagnose the issue and try to resolve alerts at your end to balance work load of L2 support team.
- Edifying the customers regarding the product & upselling the package (if any).
Salary: INR 2,50,000 - 3,75,000 P.A. Attractive Incentive
