Job Description:
- Any Graduate, Diploma or Intermediate with excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Candidate should have minimum 6 months of Tech Support Experience or 12 months of Customer Service Experience.
- Should have basic technical knowledge in LAN, WAN and handling basic technical issues of internet.
- Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues.
- Candidate should be flexible to work in 24*7 environments (US Shift), comfortable to work in night shifts.
- Transport facility available (pick up & drop).
- 5 days working.
