- Answer Inbound Complaint Calls as well as assist customers who have specific queries.
- Make outbound calls to take customer concerns or check satisfaction level.
- Listen to and record complaints in the customer service application.
- Answer queries and give clarity on desired information.
- Resolving problems by clarifying issues and escalating unsolved problems.
- Fulfill requests by clarifying desired information, completing transactions, forwarding requests.
- Provide personalized customer service of the highest level.
