- Managing large Builder Accounts and their day-to-day delivery metrics.
- Front-ending with the client and keep a close track of customer feedback and satisfaction.
- Managing servicing and delivery to customers.
- Closely monitoring the responses from all channel/sources.
- Analyzing product performance in terms of quality and quantity and optimizing it for better delivery.
- Interacting with design team and work on quality creatives and content.
- Handling back-end interface to activate product through long in interface/ERP.
- Managing Daily MIS by client, project and product source.
- Co-ordinating with customers, answering their calls and enquiries.
Note : The job location will be Noida Sector 132. Pick and drop facility available from Botanical Garden Metro Station.
Salary:INR 2,00,000 - 3,50,000 P.A.
