- Understand clients IT hiring requirements.
- Employ recruiting methods to attract candidates.
- Evaluate resumes and applications.
- Source candidates using databases, social media etc.
- Assume responsibility for pre-interview screening.
- Match the most suitable candidates to different positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate till joining.
- Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate and employer.
- Exp 1 to 3 Yrs.
- Proven experience as recruitment consultant, HR consultant.
- Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets.
- Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research.
- Excellent communication, convincing & negotiation skills.
- Full lifecycle recruiting experience - from unique candidate sources to offer close.
- Ability to work with targets.
- Qualification - Any Degree.
