- Any graduate having relevant experience or fresher with good communication skills(Preferred B-tech and B.com computers).
- Anyone having customer service experience would be preferred.
- Candidate should have basic sales knowledge.

- Respond to inbound customer queries over the phone or e-mail by escalating product bugs.
- Provide phone support or troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.
- Must have analytical bent of mind with customer centric approach.
- Candidates must have excellent writing and communication skills.
- Respond to customer query and escalations.
