JOB ROLE:

Job Description:

  • Take care of day-to-day accounts for the company.
     
  • Do different transfers of funds to vendors and others as per the management order or by designated person.
     
  • Preparation of Accounting Records, Financial Statements and Financial Reports.
     
  • Handling vendor payments and keeping proper record of the same.
     
  • Day to day accounting of Sales, Purchases, and Expenses.
     
  • Handling Bank & Cash entries and reconciliation.
     
  • Secretarial works and ensure accuracy in reporting.
     
  • Internal audit.
     
  • Monitor over all adherence to accounting guidelines and standards.
     
  • Ensure accuracy of Balance Sheet and all financial reporting.
     
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of organizations accounting policies and financial procedures.
     
  • Summarizes financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
     
  • Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
     
  • Preparation of Organizer Reports.
     
  • Coordination with other departments.
 
SALARY:
1 LPA - 1.80LPA
