- Primary responsibility is to support premium customers over email/chat/social media on their subscribed products/services.
- Provide technical support & customer service to customers through Email and Chat requests.
- Independently identify, troubleshoot, document, categorize and replicate customer problems.
- Good Communication skills.
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in an international process is a must.
- Excellent customer service skills, as previously demonstrated.
- Excellent verbal, Written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Graduates in any discipline are eligible; must have all original mark sheets & pass certificate.
- Experience working in a US Customer Support is added advantage.
