JOB ROLE:

Job Description:

  • Ability to handle Customer query and resolve issues asap as per Standard Procedures.
     
  • Respond to customer inquiries and problem escalations.
     
  • Provide phone support to troubleshoot and resolve technical & other internet issues.
     
  • Maintain through understanding of process and policies.
     
  • Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational improvement.
     
  • Deliver service & support to end-users.
     
  • Operating automated call distribution phone software via remote connection or over internet.
     
  • Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to various inquiries.
     
  • Inquiries, Concerns, requests about products & services.
     
  • Follow standard processes and procedures.
