- Minimum 12 months of experience preferably in contact centers in International voice process.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
- Excellent customer service skills, as previously demonstrated.
- Education qualification: B.Tech, BE, BCA, B.Com, BBA, BA, BHM or any graduate.
- Openness to work flexible hours as required, including night shifts and holidays.
- Listen to the call made by agent, analyze it and check the quality of the calls made by agent.
- Shift Window: 6 PM - 7 AM (Any 9 Hours in between).
- Assess agent performance, behaviour in a call center, and to coach and counsel agents to modify their performance, behaviour to facilitate a high level of customer service.
