JOB ROLE:

Job Description:

  • Area Service Lead(Gujarat) for all National/large Corporates, Global enterprises and Government accounts.
     
  • Managing the entire life cycle of large corporates, global enterprises and Government accounts.
     
  • Revenue & Subscriber churn management.
     
  • Initiating and driving customer centric processes for VBS such as Red Club, Pulse Eight, Go-green penetration, ESS registrations, Account intelligence etc.
     
  • E2PA Spoc for VBS. End to End analysis of a Process to pro-actively find and close process or system loopholes.
     
  • Managing account segmentation and driving field service performance basis the account category.
     
  • Handling Field team with supporting data, analytics, directional inputs and driving performance for field service KPIs like visits, desks, reviews, unique account coverage.
     
  • Improvement in NPS & QOI scores.
